Working alongside brand director, Chrissy Birtwistle and Creative Director, Lynsay Biss, Gillian created tone, voice and message strategy (online and print) for London's premium nanny matchmaking agency.
Gillian developed voice and content for three defined audiences – nannies, parents and the KiwiOz community. The rebrand has been super successful with KiwiOz experiencing positive changes almost immediately. Time spent by visitors to the site increased significantly due to the rich content. The bounce rate decreased which reduced cost per lead and resulted in a lower paid search campaign spend average of 30%. The client had the highest volume of traffic ever to the site post-launch.
