The challenge was to transform a brand with a rich history in learning and place it in the context of tomorrow. Three different, though, mutually beneficial divisions in one organisation – all of which change their offering and service delivery almost daily. In the time it takes to say millennial learning practices, almost everything has moved on to another level. Working with Dublin brand agency, Principle, Gillian developed a verbal strategy that articulated the purpose of all three aspects of the organisation, acknowledged the crazy pace of change, creating content that demystifies, enlightens and empowers.
